Amflow PL Carbon (800Wh) 2025 – Full-Carbon, Full-Power, Smarter Spec

The Amflow PL Carbon 800Wh 2025 gives you the same ultra-modern carbon frame, the same DJI Avinox drive system (up to 120Nm peak) and the same big 800Wh integrated battery as the Pro model – but with a more accessible component package. Same performance DNA, better value.

Ideal for UK riders who want a lightweight, full-power e-MTB that can handle proper trail and enduro riding, but don’t need every top-tier fork, brake or drivetrain part to be the most expensive one.

Why riders choose it

  • Same 2025 full-carbon frame as the PL Carbon Pro
  • DJI Avinox mid-drive – 105Nm continuous, up to 120Nm peak, very quiet
  • Big 800Wh integrated battery for all-day riding
  • Frame-mounted 2” OLED touchscreen with phone connectivity
  • Component choice prioritises value, serviceability and UK trail riding

Amflow PL Carbon and Carbon Pro lineup

Same platform as PL Carbon Pro

800Wh integrated battery

You don’t downgrade the battery on this model – the PL Carbon still gets the 800Wh high-density pack with the same smart battery management as the Pro. That’s a big deal for UK riders doing long loops, uplifts or bike-park days.

  • 800Wh integrated battery (approx. 2.87kg)
  • 80% capacity retention after 500 charge cycles
  • Self-discharge and voltage optimisation for battery life

Plenty of energy on tap to match the 120Nm peak the Avinox system can deliver.

What you get

  • Full-carbon 2025 Amflow platform – same as Pro
  • DJI Avinox drive system – 105Nm continuous, up to 120Nm peak, 850W peak
  • Integrated 800Wh battery with smart management
  • 2” colour OLED touchscreen display, smartphone connectivity
  • Component package tuned for value and easy ownership
  • UK/EU 25 km/h (15.5 mph) assistance limit

PL Carbon vs PL Carbon Pro – which one’s for you?

The important bit: you don’t lose the frame, motor or battery by choosing the non-Pro. You still get the full-carbon chassis, the DJI Avinox motor and the 800Wh pack. The difference is in the finishing kit.

PL Carbon (this bike)

  • Full Avinox performance, same 800Wh battery
  • Suspension & brakes chosen for all-round UK riding
  • Simpler drivetrain – easier and cheaper to service
  • Best choice for riders coming off a Bosch/Shimano e-MTB
  • More attractive entry price into the Amflow platform

PL Carbon Pro

  • Same frame / motor / battery as this model
  • Higher-spec suspension (more tunability, harder riding)
  • Up-specced brakes (4-piston, e-enduro capable)
  • More premium drivetrain for riders chasing top feel
  • For riders who want “money no object” componentry

Summary: both are very powerful and very capable – choose Carbon for value, Pro for maximum spec.

Learn more about the Amflow PL Carbon 800Wh

The Amflow PL Carbon 800Wh is a really nice sweet spot in the range, because you get all the new technology – the DJI Avinox mid-drive, the 800Wh high-density battery, the frame-integrated OLED display and the full-carbon chassis – but you don’t have to pay for every single top-tier suspension and brake upgrade. For most UK riders, especially those riding trail centres, South Downs, Welsh trail parks or Alpine trips a couple of times a year, this is the more sensible build.

Because it uses the same drive unit as the Pro, it still competes directly with the big-brand e-MTBs running Bosch Performance Line CX / Smart System, Shimano EP series or Yamaha PW-X style motors – but with higher peak torque (up to 120Nm), a larger 800Wh battery on board, and a total bike weight that’s impressively low for this power class. That makes it very interesting for riders who want a lightweight but full-power electric mountain bike, not a low-power SL bike.

Available now at eBike-Centre with UK 25 km/h (15.5 mph) assistance, workshop backup and advice on which Amflow spec to choose.
