All SyncDrive motors have Smart Assist technology, which adjusts the support to match the riders needs. By using information from multiple sensors, both rider input and terrain feedback are used to determine the optimal amount of pedaling assistance. SyncDrive is the only e-bike system that utilizes both rider input and terrain feedback. This Performance level frame material features 6061 alloy with single-butted tubes to produce strong, lightweight framesets for a variety of different bikes and riding styles.
Giants original oversized fork steerer tube technology. Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, the systems oversized headset bearings (1 1/4 lower and 1 1/8 upper for road, 1 1/2 lower and 1 1/8 upper for mountain) and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness.

SyncDrive Sport offers three support modes and is equipped on E-bikes that are used for both everyday riding and for more demanding off-road riding. This small mid-drive motor delivers a massive maximum 70Nm of torque and is widely acclaimed for its performance and reliability.
This two-in-one unit features buttons to control support modes plus an integrated color display. You can check range, battery level and support mode, along with standard cycling data such as speed and distance without having to another screen to the E-bike. It also has an ANT+ connection so you can connect a heart rate monitor and other fitness devices.
