Found it cheaper elsewhere?

We regularly check our prices against competitors so you can shop with confidence. If you find this bike or accessory advertised cheaper elsewhere, let us know and we will review it for a possible price match.

How our price match works

If you find the same item cheaper at another eligible UK retailer, simply contact us with the details. We will review the request and, if approved, help you purchase at the matched price.

What qualifies for a price match?

• The item must be identical, including size and colour

• The competitor must have the item in stock

• The price must be publicly advertised and include delivery charges

• The product must be brand new and supplied through official UK channels

Need help or want to request a price match?

Our team can quickly review most requests by phone or email. We approve the vast majority of eligible price match requests.
