Our Experienced Workshop

Ebike-Centre run a full in-house workshop for the servicing of both ebikes as well as regular bikes. Our technicians have over 40 years experience and always strive to achieve the highest level of customer service. Amongst others, we are Bosch, Yamaha, Shimano, Fazua, Specialized and Mahle accredited, with all the necessary tools and diagnostic systems to keep your ebike running smoothly.

Our service packages start from £50 and can be tailored to meet your individual needs.

Basic Service

  • Full inspection of bike of frame and components for damage or wear.
  • Brake adjusted and alignment.
  • Adjustment of gears.
  • Chain clean plus lubrication.
  • Spoke tension and wheel alignment check.
  • Bolt torque check.
  • Tyres Inflated to correct PSI.

Intermediate Service (annually or 1000-mile service)

  • Basic service with addition of:
  • Gear and brake inner cable replacement (where necessary)
  • Drivetrain removed and cleaned.
  • Brake discs and pads removed and cleaned.
  • Headset stripped, cleaned and re-greased.
  • Wheel true and re-tension.
  • Software update
  • Diagnostic report (if available and requested).
  • Electrical connection check.
  • Frame and wheels cleaned.

Premium Service (Annually or 2000 miles)

  • Intermediate service with addition of:
  • Hydraulic brake bleed
  • Full strip down, clean and inspection (including removal of motor)
  • Wheel hubs serviced (Including bearing replacement)

Information regarding pricing

This price list is a guide, we offer a free inspection on all bikes we repair/service and base whichever repair/service the bike needs on the outcome of the inspection.

We will not commence any work until the cost of the repair/service has been agreed with the customer.

Extra labour charges can be added to the Basic and Intermediate services such as brake bleeding etc.
