We run a full in-house workshop for e-bikes and regular bikes, with over 30 years of e-bike knowledge and more than 50 years of bicycle expertise across our workshop team. Whether you need a routine service, a drivetrain refresh, brake work, or a motor diagnostics check, we’ll help you get the most from your bike.

We’re accredited for Bosch, Avinox (DJI), Yamaha, Shimano, Fazua, Specialized, Brose, Bafang and Mahle, with the correct tools and diagnostic systems to keep your e-bike performing at its best.

What you can expect

• Free initial inspection and honest recommendations
• Work only starts once costs are agreed
• Correct torque settings, safety checks and test ride
• Software updates and diagnostics where available

A great option for routine checks and tuning — ideal for keeping your bike safe, smooth and reliable.

• Full inspection of frame and components for damage or wear
• Brake adjustment and alignment
• Gear adjustment
• Chain clean and lubrication
• Spoke tension and wheel alignment check
• Bolt torque check
• Tyres inflated to correct PSI

Recommended annually or around 1,000 miles — a deeper clean, check and refresh for year-round performance.

• Basic service plus:
• Gear and brake inner cable replacement (where necessary)
• Drivetrain removed and cleaned
• Brake discs and pads removed and cleaned
• Headset stripped, cleaned and re-greased
• Wheel true and re-tension
• Software update
• Diagnostic report (if available and requested)
• Electrical connection check
• Frame and wheels cleaned

For high-mileage riders and deeper servicing — includes additional labour-intensive workshop work.

• Intermediate service plus:
• Hydraulic brake bleed
• Full strip down, clean and inspection (including removal of motor)
• Wheel hubs serviced (including bearing replacement)
